Here and now
Hic et Nunc is that mental anchor you need when panic takes over. In this drawing, I want to playfully highlight anxiety, the suffocating feeling it brings, and everything that happens in those "breathless" moments. But, as mindfulness teaches, the key is always to return to the here and now, to the Hic et Nunc, to regain calm and clarity.
