Man and nature
With Human Nature, I wanted to represent the complex relationship between humanity and nature, exploring it through a powerful contrast. I painted my hand delicately holding a small bird on my finger—or rather, its skeleton. This juxtaposition of my gentle gesture and the raw reality of the natural element's death aims to suggest a bitter truth: often, as human beings, we only become aware of our actions on the environment and their consequences when they've become inevitable.
