Naturalis Causa: Redemption

The awakening of the fawn

Redemption is the first part of the Naturalis Causa triptych, a series that explores the complex relationship between humanity and nature and its hopeful rebalancing. In this piece, the human being, dazzled by a small bird carrying a message of renewal, undergoes a profound transformation. They become an animal, a faun, but in an unexpected way: the metamorphosis doesn't occur in the lower body, as in the mythological figure, but in the head. It's an evolution symbolizing the birth of a new awareness, a call to nature that makes its way into the mind.
