Below is the exhibition introduction written by the curator.

Who is just human?

He is the one who manages to survive the chaos of the present by reclaiming the only true freedom we have forgotten: the gaze of a child. A gaze that knows no logic, no morals, no boundaries. One that sees magic in the ordinary and does not distinguish between the real and the imagined. What the Surrealists considered the only truly revolutionary act.

Omar Tigrini starts from there and turns everything upside down. Our neuroses, panic, stress, media bombardment, and precarious future become material to be dismantled with the most potent weapon: irony. In his Ironic-Oneiric language, reality explodes into visual short-circuits: visions that are fierce like Goya's, estranging like Magritte's, and biting like Daumier's, yet rendered in the most vivid colors—colors that don't ask for permission.

And the heart of it all is pastel. Not just a mere tool, but a child’s first gesture, the very first way of coloring the world. Tigrini uses it with a mastery that transforms it into a poetic weapon: a primordial stroke that digs deep, ignites, and liberates.

Each artwork is a possible escape. An opening. An invitation to shed adult superstructures and return to seeing with new eyes. Because behind every paranoid certainty of our time, there is always another version. Lighter. Sharper. Raw.

A new man.

Just Human.
