"Cervo Volante" wins Second Prize at the Premio Arte Expositiva

I'm proud to announce that the artwork "Cervo Volante" (Stag Beetle) has been awarded second place at the latest edition of the Premio Arte Expositiva.

The award was presented in the prestigious setting of Castello Isimbardi (Pavia, Italy), during a ceremony celebrating the 60 finalists selected from about 350 national and international entries.

In the painting, a small stag beetle gazes into a mirror, only to see the reflection of a majestic, winged royal stag—a visual metaphor for the ability to recognize one’s own inner strength and worth. Achieving this result with a painting that speaks of self-esteem significantly boosts my own.

For those who wish to see the piece in person and explore the works of the other talented finalists, the group exhibition will remain open at Castello Isimbardi until next Sunday.
