There are places that are more than just restaurants; they are keepers of stories, flavors, and those encounters that can change the course of a life. Osteria La Lanterna is undoubtedly one of these, and last Friday we celebrated an important milestone: its 13th anniversary.
A dialogue between art and kitchen
To celebrate, we brought to life a truly unique Food & Art pairing experiment. Together with Chef Pamela, who reinterpreted my artworks through a culinary lens, we created a complete gastronomic journey. Guests were welcomed at the entrance by a selection of finger foods designed to dialogue with the art, guiding them step-by-step toward the heart of the evening in the main dining room.

La Lanterna...with pastels
For the occasion, I wanted to create a piece that served as a tribute to La Lanterna’s philosophy: a visual narrative of the deep bond with the land and the constant search for high-quality raw materials.
Giving a painting is always a joyful act, but knowing that this work will remain hanging on those walls, becoming an integral part of the restaurant's soul, has a magic of its own. It is my way of leaving a permanent mark on a place that I have called "home" for the past eleven years.
If you couldn't make it to the event, there is still time to experience some of this magic. My works will remain on display throughout the Osteria until January 5th, 2026. I invite you to stop by for dinner or a glass of wine: let yourself be enveloped by the atmosphere of La Lanterna and, if you feel like it, lose yourself for a moment among my pastels.
